Fried Pineapple Rice Recipe

Recipe from "A Taste From Heaven" Restaurant in Chiang Mai...


2 cups Brown Rice, cooked

2 cloves crushed and minced garlic

One Tbsp butter

1/2 Cup Pineapple

small bunch of Spring Onions

4-5 pieces of Baby Corn, chopped into rounds

TVP, uncooked

1/2 tbsp Indian curry or ginger powder

1sp. sugar

1/2 tbsp mushroom powder (or soup mix)

dark or "black" soy sauce


Fry garlic with butter until golden. Add in all the veggies and pineapple until cooked. Add rice and spring onions and mix all together. Add ginger/curry powder, mushroom powder, 1 sugar and 5 "shots" of dark soy sauce. Cook until brown.

This was one of my favorite dishes that I made...let me know if you've attempted it and how it turned out. The measurements are not use your own discretion and taste buds!
